This past weekend, I had the opportunity to present on change leadership at the Eagles Leadership Initiative in Washington, DC. This one-week program is a tremendous partnership between the American Bible Society and the Church of God to develop young leaders.
Organizational change most certainly requires the support of top leadership. However, the beginnings of change do not always start at the top.
