…A public school district will never see every student advance grades at the end of the year. But should it accept any pass rate lower than 100%?
…No church could ever reach every single member of its community. But should it be satisfied by any other achievement?
What is interesting is that the most impossible of goals also tend to be the most inspiring and fulfilling. So if you’re not excited about what you’re seeking to accomplish [or you’re struggling to excite the people you’re leading], try raising the bar.
